Backups – What are they?
Backups are essentially a copy of your data that is kept in case of data loss or theft.
Why have them?
The reason for keeping backups of your data is that if your data is lost or stolen you can easily restore your data from backup and continue to run your business and/or website just like normal.
I.T. Construct designs and tailors backup solutions to meet any business’ requirements or needs. All backups undertaken by I.T. Construct are all stored offsite. The reason for this is that if equipment is stolen from your office you do not also want backup tapes to also be stolen or destroyed in a natural disaster.
